Hi jimmyboy88 i was wondering if you could help me with my zen v. The proble is that when i bought the Zen it worked prefectly until suddenly froze. That happend to me before so I reset it and it didn´t and stayed frozen for hours and then suddenly it turned off. After that my zen never turned on again, but when i plug it to my computer the blue light of the bottoms turns on, but I still can´t turn it on, And also my computer doesn´t recognize it.

I tried everything for months and now i started looking for an answer and i was hoping you could help me, I would really apreciate it.

for this constant freezing prob, you got to reset it do a format on your zen http://xxmycreativexx.blogspot.com/2007/06/access-rescue-moderecovery-mode-on-zen.html and try to update your firmware to the latest version.
