Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

its also for those who didnt know whats going on and started applying all sorts of fixes and installing all the drivers and in the end, made the situation worst for themselves.. we just wanna make sure you guys are doing the right things. its for your own benefit but if you want to pass it off but posting just for the sake of posting then its up to you Smiley

I am about to purchase a zen mosaic but as I want to ensure it has the functions I am searching for, I am looking for the manual which is surprisingly not available on the support site of Creative.
