Well, i'm having trouble with my Zen 4gb since the last time i connected it on my computer, when i turn it on, it displays the creative screen, as normal, and the zen screen as well, but then it goes to the "rebuilding library" screen and never gets out of it. I have to reset the player to shut it down.
Already tried the recover mode, or whatever, selected the format option, but nothing changed, tried to update de firmware, but the program gives me an error screen, "failed to update firmware".

I can only make my pc recognize the player on the recover mode, and after having formated it. But it isn't helping much. The worst thing is that when i select the player on the explorer, it shows only 50mb of memory. My guess is that the flash memory is gone =\

Any ideas?
Thanks!
