hello,
I'm trying to install zen v to win xp, but I lost the cd.
I tried downloading wmformat11sdk
but didn't work.

I'm quite disapointed by the creative services

it may not be the driver issue, try myzenchecker and shout if you need more help

zen checker says i don't have wmp10 (I have 11th) and that I don't have sp2 (I have sp3)
what shall I do

uninstall wmp11 and install sp2! follow the instructions in myzenchecker Smiley
