My Zen has been idle for about 4 months now. First the unit was stuck in "rebuilding" mode. I reset the Zen and did the whole clean up, format and ever since then my computer says that it is not connected. So since the computer does not recognize, I cannot load any firmware. This is very frustrating.!!!
