Also, I wanted to thank you for this site. I was one of those people who couldn't get their Windows to recognize the Zen, so i trouble shot and was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.
Thanks for the input and Great site!

I had filled my zen M30 and having looked at the catalogue there wasn't a player that matched my budget and had the memory I needed.  Creative don't seem to have a 60gb or 120 gb player available so I had to look for alternatives.  I am not particularly technical but I can use a keyboard so I looked on ebay and there was a guy who would fit a 60gb drive to my player for £60.  So I now have a 60 gb zen M with all the software etc. installed and in great working order.  Refurbished case and screen.  The chap concerned has done a great job and also upgrades screens, fits new batteries and carries out general repairs.  His ebay handle is slogger86 and I cannot rate him highly enough.  So much better than buying an ipod.  When are creative going to produce a slim version of the M player with 120gb or higher?
Come on guys you know you can do it!  Linking to windows media player is so easy, better than the zen facilty too.  Sorry but your software is too complex for a simple soul like me and what about a zen repair contact for the uk for players like the xtra and the m?  The bad news is your players will go on for ever unlike certain tacky competitors I could mention!
Regards
Nigel

With a Quick-Reply you can use bulletin board code and smileys as you would in a normal post, but much more conveniently.
