YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! MEDIA EXPLORER can now recognize my zen.... thank you thank you thank you... i just needed to extract the fixup.zip then reinstall the zen v plus driver.. THen MIRACLE happened!!! hey jimmy, after downloading some of the windows updates on my newly formatted hard drive, the computer magically recongnized my zen once again!!! Thank you for your patience to guide me thru all these mess!

Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

Major problem not major! Clean up worked like a charm. Zen Sleek Photo up and working. And to think I was actually considering getting an----- Don't say it. Creative will always be #1 in my book.
