Also, I wanted to thank you for this site. I was one of those people who couldn't get their Windows to recognize the Zen, so i trouble shot and was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

A friend of mine just gave me his Nomad Jukebox ZEN Xtra, Model number DAP-HD0011.

I downloaded both the Sync Manager and the Creative MediaSource 5, yet my player is not recognized.

I would love some help so that I can transfer my music files!  Huh

Ok, I went through the Zen Checker. Everything is marked as good, except where it is telling me that I do not have service pack 2 installed.

I actually have service pack 3 on my XP Pro.

I tried the myzenusb and fixup, they didn't work.

Then I tried fix 3, again no success.

I have XP Pro,if I didn't mention it earlier, so Fix 4 was a no-go as well.

I wasn't sure if I should use Fix 5, as my Zen player is not listed.

I installed Windows Media Player 10.

Also, thanks for the heads up on Internet Explorer, I would have missed that, as I am a Firefox fan.

With a Quick-Reply you can use bulletin board code and smileys as you would in a normal post, but much more conveniently.
