Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

 Embarrassed  After the firmware upgrade the jukebox will not reboot and will not charge or power up is their some type of special jumper reboot or button reboot. or is this firmware a killer app that killed my zen xtra player that was the best player around better than ipod or anything else around.  It had an 80 gig drive and could hold all my music easily.  Please help!!!!! why did you want to upgrade your firmware in the first place? we dont recommend if it is working fine
is the firmware upgrade successful?
how you have to use myzenchecker to get your pc to recognize it again before you can upgrade your firmware again
