PS:  If you have any questions regarding your zen or sound blaster, please don’t hesitate post your questions, we will attend to it.  

I bought this used, so I guess technically it isn't new, but I cannot get it to register on my computer.  What do I need in order to make this work?  I'll probably just download the cd and go from there, and I'm installing service pack 2 and going back to WMP 10.  Anything else?  Thanks.
