Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

Wonder if someone can help me.  When I turn my Zen on it goes through rebuilding library  then goes onto a song but doesn't play it, there is EO on right side of screen and that is as far as it gets.  I can't get into anything else.

No I don't know how to format the Zen, but I can't even get into menu so wouldnt I need to be able to get into menu first so I can format.
