Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

can you use windows explorer to view it? then you can drag and drop songs into your zen mozaic

How hard are you looking? Try CTRL + F for Find specific text and type in Moziac. Problem solved.

What MP3 player DOESN'T run down out over time.

That's like saying the Apple iPod never needed a battery replacement. And the only way to even do that was to send it in or do it yourself.
