Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

i have a problem with my creative zen, When I plug it in my PC it shows "SCANNING DISK" . When i switch it on, it shows the "Creative-Zen" Screen, and shuts down.  whats seem to be the problem? what can i do?

Try this:

Put a paperclip in the reset hole on the rear.

Now switch it on and the minute you see the creative logo press and hold the upper left button, this should get you into the recovery menu from here you can do a cleanup.

If that doesn't work try format from the recovery menu, failing that it's probably a hardware issue and will need to be sent in for repair.
