Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

i have Zen Mozaic EZ100 and i tried to reboot it but nothing happens, i repeat the step i tried the format all and it says thet "Free 0mb" and nothing happens also, then i tried "clean up" and its the same nothing happen..., can anyone plese help me?? what will i do?

i think its some serious hardware problem
try to format it and if it still does work, most probably its a goner. can you get it exchanged?

This exact same thing happend to me, and the only solution was a new unit.
