Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

my moziac zen froze up on me last night and lookign for the reset button i accidentally stuck my earing into a tiny lil green lighthole underneath the powerswitch. i finally found the reset button ans turned it off but then it wouldnt turn on for the rest of the night. i just plugged it into my computer and it turned on so i thought it was fixed.  i went form song to song and everything was working btu whe i went to turn it off the power switch didnt do anythign, i finally had to reset it to turn it off. the power switch reacts when i lock the mp3 player it shows a lil lock o the screen. but wont power it on or off.Angry i have hopped from forum to forum hoping for an answer but i haven tgotten anythign execpt for " reset you mp3player." Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry does anyone know what is wrong with my switch?HuhHuh? Huh Huh

when you reset it try the cleanup option. see if it helps. if not, select the format option but this will erase all your content
