Also, I wanted to thank you for this site. I was one of those people who couldn't get their Windows to recognize the Zen, so i trouble shot and was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

i have just got a zen mozaic ez100 8gb off ebay.already had ez300 4gb which has an on/off button on side.why does this mozaic not have a power button? i may be being stupid as i got it off ebay with no manual thinking it would basically be the same as my 4gb mozaic.
any tips?
had zen v plus before and had no probs...thanks

it should have the power button. its quite a standard in zen mp3 players.
