Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

hi, i buy my zen mozaic last 3 weeks.. it is working good in my computer win xp sp2

and i just upgrade my pc to win xp sp3,
and i have problem now instaling the software.

this error always stop the intallation, can please help me, i cannot put anything in my mozaic.

sp3 is a problem
can you rollback to sp2 or you can try fix7 in myzenchecker in the member area

my moziac keeps freezing once it has ZEN on the screen and after 3-4 seconds it shuts down ive pressed the reset button loadsa times and nothing is happening Sad   when i plug it into the USB   'scanning disc' comes up with three green bars Sad Anyone know what to do ??
