alright so, I recently got a zen stone, and when I plug it into my computer (xp, sp2), it won't detect it. I tried all the suggestions on myzenchecker and searched around on google too but sofar, nothing managed to work =_=' can anyone help me? thanks!

I tried it on my sisters computer and the schools computer, but its still the same. I asked some next girl if she ever encounters the same problems and she said she just changed the usb hub o_o. but it doesn't do anything for me =.=
