Also, I wanted to thank you for this site. I was one of those people who couldn't get their Windows to recognize the Zen, so i trouble shot and was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

ei jimmyboy , i tried to download the installation cd but it says they are out of slots already then i could just download the megaupload toolbar.. Then i downloaded  the megaupload, then tried to download the installion for the third time already and nothing happened.. what do you think is the problem, and is there anyway you can help me to download the files? THanks

try myzenchecker to check and see if your PC has the preferred OS requirement
is it the first time you are connecting to your zen? has your PC detected it before?

no its not the first time... my pc has detected it before... but because i broke down i had to change my cpu... and now it isnt detecting my creative zen v plus already... what should i do? i went to the myzenchecker already and i have all the requirements needed , i dont know whats wrong... except i cant download the myzenusb.zip coz when i click it , it only links to a split-page browser.. nothing to download..... ayayay.. im going crazy...

did you run myzenchecker and do you have all the good results, we need to know if your new system is zen ready or not

i Know... i sound desperate because i really am DESPERATE... LOL... i checked out myzenchecker... the results were all good,, BUt the media explorer still cant recognize my player.. i've already downloaded the myzenusb and the fixup using mozilla... but i dont know what's to do next. it was said in the instruction to reboot my pc w/ my player connected... i've done that already..NOthing seems to happen.... whats next? I really need you so bad...


EDIT: YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! MEDIA EXPLORER can now recognize my zen.... thank you thank you thank you... i just needed to extract the fixup.zip then reinstall the zen v plus driver.. THen MIRACLE happened!!! Thank you for this wonderful site.. thank y'all.. JIMMYBOY and all those who are behind this creativefansite, i salute you, you are heaven sent... LOL..  but really THANK YOU SO MUCH...
PS: Sorry for the triplicated posts i made the other day, i was just so desperate at that time.. EHEHE.. anyway thank you again..

GUYS.. GIRLS... AND ALL THOSE IN BETWEEN...no offense.... ehehe... this site is not a joke, it really works... It's for Free but it works like a charm.. So if you got problems on your creative zen player.. Ask these guys.. They really are good.. The creative company should give you credit and incentives for what you are doing.. Well   Are they? ehehe.. Anyway thanks again!!!

how can I download the free driver of my zen V Plus 4 GB?
