Also, I wanted to thank you for this site. I was one of those people who couldn't get their Windows to recognize the Zen, so i trouble shot and was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

After reading online for what seemed like hours and trying out lots of suggestions, I finally got my Vision M screen to turn on. I think I need to install new firmware to fix the problem, but I can't get my computer to recognize my player. It does recognize it as an MTP device, so I think I now need the Vision M driver installed. However, I can't find my installation CD. Where can I find the Vision M driver for Windows XP?
