Also, I wanted to thank you for this site. I was one of those people who couldn't get their Windows to recognize the Zen, so i trouble shot and was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

Where can I download Creative Media Source 5?  My husband has the Xfi card in his system, however, I have an hp laptop and I don't want to have to turn his computer to transfer music to my new Zen Xfi2.  Transfer is unbelievable and that Centrale software sucks big time!  Thanks!
