Also, I wanted to thank you for this site. I was one of those people who couldn't get their Windows to recognize the Zen, so i trouble shot and was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

Hi!
I bought a Zen x-fi2 16Gb five days ago on a big store on Stockholm, Sweden. And I have two questions:

1. My Zen doesn't have the icon of APPLICATIONS. When I unbox my Zen I turned on to see how was it, but when y wanted to play the Sudoku game I realized that my zen didn't have the APPLICATIONS' icon.

2. On a video on youtube I see that when you are looking a photo on the Zen x-fi2 you can move your Zen horizontal or vertical and the photo moves too. It doesn't happened with my zen.

Can you help me?

the firmware that comes from the factory is old

it should have all the features you mentioned
