Also, I wanted to thank you for this site. I was one of those people who couldn't get their Windows to recognize the Zen, so i trouble shot and was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

Hello,
I recently purchased a Zen MX 16Gb and was able to successfully sync some music from my Office PC ( XP Professional ) using Windows Media Player.
Other than not having some of the Albums show up in the player menu it seems to work ok for the most part.
The real problem is on my Home PC which has Windows 7 and an extensive music library (WMA lossless) kept on a separate dedicated 1Tb HDD.
When I sync anything from the Home PC it shows on the player but I get the message " No License to Play this Track "
Any help is appreciated.

It happened to me too. I had to use the Windows Media Player to transfer some of my WMAs, it wouldn't work with Creative Centrale.

Here's how I finally fixed the problem. No thanks to Creative Support!
Download the latest version of Creative Centrale and check your player for a firmware update.
Mine needed one. Then use Creative Centrale to sync your music files to the player.
I don't think I will be purchasing another Creative product with their lack of support.
I had a question about a 4 year old sansa player, called their support # and within a couple of minutes was speaking to a live person.
My question was quick answered and the issue resolved.
Good Luck!

With a Quick-Reply you can use bulletin board code and smileys as you would in a normal post, but much more conveniently.
