Also, I wanted to thank you for this site. I was one of those people who couldn't get their Windows to recognize the Zen, so i trouble shot and was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

Ah, Finally fixed it ran clean up several times rebooting each time now lists in the creative software WMP10. All I can think of is maybe the drive became so fragmented.

help me please.
i have downloaded insallation CD and installed it. but when i connect my player  my PC doesn't see it. i have Windows xp on my computer and player Creative zen dap-hd0015.

where is the problem? help me please

try myzenchecker, its in the download area
most probably of sp3 and wmp11

i can't install updates . following inscreption appeares "setup cannot update your Windows xp fiels becaurse the language installed on your sistem is diferent from the update language". What's possible to do?

and i could synchronize my player when i installed installation CD in a first time but then my computer worked slowly. then i have reinstalled the program and after that i cannot synchronize becaurse my player is not listed in synchronyze manager. i tryed to reinstall the program a few times but unsuccssfuly.
