Also, I wanted to thank you for this site. I was one of those people who couldn't get their Windows to recognize the Zen, so i trouble shot and was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

Hi,
My Creative ZEN has frozen up. When you switch it on a 'rebuilding' screen is displayed and once that has run its course the last song that was playing is displayed as playing but does not play & when I try to pause/un-pause it freezes. I have pressed the pinhole reset button to turn it off, but as soon as you turn it on again the same happens. I can go into different menus, and try and play different tunes, but it freezes after a few actions. I've also tried to shut down properly, but it just displays 'shutting down' and freezes in this mode. Can you help?

With a Quick-Reply you can use bulletin board code and smileys as you would in a normal post, but much more conveniently.
